Invited back into
market as sole Market Field Manager. Managing 15+ crews from
different General Contractors driving installation of U1900 and L700 RRU
systems in selected sites along with finishing balance of Modernization
sites that were not addressed during previous project.. Site count
for fourth quarter was 257 sites completed (U1900 and L700) in approx. 68
days (exceeded market target by 17 sites). Responsible for
developing, planning and execution of continuing education for General
Contractors (in market) regarding installation activities (classroom
instruction). Responsible for modifying existing MOP’s to suit newly
developed installation practices (market specific) to streamline
install practices and minimize site down time. Completion of other

Duties: Received training on all proprietary Ericsson programs and
was assigned to manage a cabinet-add project for Cingular Wireless in
Oklahoma. Traveled to assigned area and interfaced with Cingular peers and
subcontractor representatives to initiate contract. Was requested by
Ericsson to train and hand off current project to another PM and take over
a de-install project in the Kansas City area. Traveled to assigned area and
took over project working closely with Cingular peers, subcontractors,
delivery companies, crane companies and others personally overseeing all
scheduling of available assets to complete assigned contract. While
overseeing this project, was assigned two additional projects: one which
was completing clean-up on an earlier Ericsson project and the other
project which entailed tracking down missing equipment from a previous
de-install project. Completed both of these successfully as well as
completing the de-install project in Kansas City area which consisted of
approximately 450 sites. Was advised by Ericsson that I was a re-hire.
